Hypolipidemic effects of curcumin, cinnamon, vitamin C and simvastatin in domestic rabbits

This study investigated the hypolipidemic effects of curcumin, cinnamon, vitamin C and simvastatin in male rabbits. The effect these materials were assessed by following on body weight, lipid profile liver enzymes. includes total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein (HDL), low (LDL). activities enzymes include aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine (ALT) alkaline phosphatase (ALP) serum. Highly significant increases parameters rabbit group found rabbits fed with diet only over respective values control group.
